- Partially edentulous maxilla with severe atrophy, long-span edentulous space (teeth 021 to 022), single tooth gap (tooth 025), free-end edentulous space (teeth 014 to 017)
- Maxillary sinus and Schneiderian membrane
- Limited vertical bone supply between 6 mm and 9 mm in area of posterior teeth
- Artificial oral mucosa
- Indication: Implantations considering the characteristics of a partially edentulous upper jaw, with slightly increased level of difficulty, internal and external sinus lifts, explantation
