- Slightly atrophic edentulous maxilla
- Maxillary sinus and Schneiderian membrane
- Good vertical and slightly limited crestal bone supply (teeth 013 to 023)
- Limited vertical bone supply between 6 mm and 11 mm in area of posterior teeth
- Indication: Standard implantations with slightly increased level of difficulty, internal and external sinus lifts, explantation
